Private Events

We are thrilled that you are considering Ipanema Brazilian Steakhouse to host your next event. At Ipanema, you will experience the authentic flavors of Brazil and the unique service concept of Rodizio.

Considering our regular menu is not inclusive of beverages and desserts, we have created packages inclusive of these items to facilitate the booking of larger parties.

Prices exclude sales tax and/or service charge. Note that all packages include appetizers, gourmet salad bar and hot bar. Salad bar and meat selections vary between lunch and dinner. All packages include grilled pineapple. See the complete list below:

Guest Count
If the final guest count is not received at least 2 days prior to the event, the originally projected guest count will be charged.
Any increase to the guest count after submission of full payment must be within the service area capacity and the increase will be charged for at the quoted and agreed upon price per person on the day of the event.

Corkage Fee
If you wish to bring your own wine, $25 per bottle will be charged to your final guest check.

Service Charge and Tax
All private events are subject to service charge and 7% sales tax. All service charges are taxable.
A service charge of 20% applies to parties of 6 or more.

Payment
Ipanema Brazilian Steakhouse requires a signed contract with full disclosure of credit card information to confirm the reservation, as well as a 50% deposit of the estimated charges, with the remaining balance due two days prior to the event, along with the guaranteed guest count.

Cancellation Policy
If you should cancel your reservation, it must be done two business days before the reservation date. Otherwise, Ipanema will charge 50% of minimum consumption.
